Word Choice, Memory Retention, and Making Tomorrow Easy

sent by BRANDON TURP

Welcome to this week’s issue of 3 Minute Thursday.

I.

Choose your words carefully.

Don’t speak negatively about yourself.

Even if it’s just a joke.

Your mind and your subconscious do not know the difference between what’s real and what’s fake.

Words are energy.

And the entire universe is built on frequencies.

If you want to manifest positive change.

Be mindful of the way you speak to yourself.

II.

An Article I found insightful, 7 Ways to Retain More of Every Book You Read by James Clear. The article isn’t new, but I came across it while studying James Clears website (lol). If you’re like me, and you’re a sucker for mental models that optimize efficiency, definitely give this a read.

III.

And with that, I’m going to leave you with a quote,

“Excuses make today easy, but tomorrow hard.

Discipline makes today hard, but tomorrow easy.”

Until next week,

Brandon Turp
