I.
Make sure you celebrate the success of others.
When your partner gets a promotion, your friend gets into their dream university, or your parent starts taking better care of their health. Celebrate.
Tell them how proud, happy, and excited you are for them, and that you’re excited to keep watching.
Giving compliments can be uncomfortable at times, especially if you’re not used to giving them. But when you do, it’s always worth it.
Winning is better together.
II.
Enjoy the little things.
The sound of birds chirping, the smell of your favorite meal, the laugh of your partner, the smile of your children, the feel of your pets fur.
These are the things that elevate our frequency.
Realign your focus.
III.
And with that, I’m going to leave you with a quote,
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.”
— Martin Luther King Jr.
