Places, Deep Sleep, and Isolated Moments

Welcome to this week’s issue of 3 Minute Thursday.

Places are powerful. Be conscious of where you spend your time. Your environment has the ability to influence your mood, energy, and productivity. Whether it’s your favorite coffee shop for a caffeine high and deep work, a park bench for reflection, or your living room couch for laughter with friends and family, notice how different places present you with different feelings.

One of my favorite podcasts “The Diary of a CEO” by Steven Bartlett recently published an episode with a guest named Matthew Walker: The World’s No.1 Sleep Expert. Matthew Walker is a professor of neuroscience and psychology at the University of California, and he’s one of the most world renowned experts on sleep.

If you have 60 mins to take a deep dive on sleep and how it impacts your health, I highly recommend giving this podcast a listen.
