Habits, Gratitude, and Growth


Welcome to this week’s issue of 3 Minute Thursday.


The last 2 weeks I’ve been waking up every single day at 6am to write—and I’m loving every bit of it. I’m such a rookie, but I’m actually having a ton of fun embracing being so new. 

The amount of positive feedback I’ve received has been really heartwarming, and has reassured me that I made the right decision to start putting myself out there. If you have any feedback, or things you’d like to see more of, please leave me feedback.



I’ve been talking a lot with one of my friends about how to be ambitious while still making sure I’m prioritizing the things that matter in life. My thesis is certainly not solidified, and I’m sure it will continue to evolve over time, but what I’ve arrived at for now is that it’s genuinely not about the money, followers, cars, or anything else material. 

For me, it’s about embarking on a never ending personal growth journey. When you choose growth, everything else comes as a byproduct. My goal is to be perpetually happy with how good I was yesterday, be a little bit better today, and be even better tomorrow.


As mentioned in one of my Instagram posts, I recently read $100M Offer by Alex Hormozi. The reason I read it is actually pretty hilarious, one of my friends Venmo’d me $50 to read it within 4 days so that I could “give him better advice”. No bullshit. I actually thought it was so good that I ended up reading it twice in 1 week. I strongly recommend checking out this book.
