Curious Weapons, Sweeping Dirt, and Real Habits

Welcome to this week’s issue of 3 Minute Thursday.

Use curiosity as a tool for creating excitement.

When we get excited about something, we’re often curious about it first.

If you want to feel excited about something, explore ways to make your mind curious about it.

Remove the dirt from your life.

In this context, when I say dirt, I mean any source of negativity.

The haters, gossipers, pessimists, and naysayers.

Some people don’t want to see you win.

Some people don’t want you to dream.

Some people don’t want what’s best for you.

That’s ok.

You don’t have to let that unfortunate reality bring you down.

But you also don’t have to tolerate the dirt.

Sweep it away early and often.

And with that, I’m going to leave you with a quote,

‘If you believe you can change—if you make it a habit—the change becomes real.” — Charles Duhigg

Until next week,
